How to Register:
If you are new to the site, please register by clicking the “REGISTRATION” button on the LOGIN Page.
Registration requires 4 steps:
- Create your own username and password and click the “Register” button.
- Enter a 4 digit pin and click “Create Billing Agreement.”
- Enter your paypal username/password. You will not be charged any money.
- You will be sent a verification EMAIL. You must click the link in the email to verify your account.
IMPORTANT: If you don’t complete all 4 steps, your Paypal account will not be linked to your Personal ID and/or your User ID will not be activated. It will appear as if your Pin# doesn’t work.
General Site Guide:
All Live Dialogues will be made available after the event on the VIDEOS Page. If you participated live in person or online, you will already be registered and may view the video again any time (see “MY ACCOUNT” after logging in).
We also broadcast Retreats live online, but these sessions are only available live. Select recordings may be offered to Retreat participants at Patrick’s discretion following these events.
The aim is to offer a growing library of resources to connect to Higher Truth in as many ways as possible.
Registration Issue Resolution:
Below are some of the typical problems that people encounter and the solutions:
- I forgot my password: On the LOGIN Page, click “Reset Password” and you will be able to reset it through the link to the “Forgot Password” page, where you may “click here” to reset the password. Another page will open to enter your ID or email. You will then be sent an email with a link that will allow you to reset the password and login.
- I forgot my pin #: This cannot be recovered. The only solution is to email support@sharmada.org to have us delete your username and you may re-register.
- I registered but I can’t log in: You will be sent an email when you register. After you click the confirmation link in the email, your account will become active. Enter your username (rather than your email) when logging in.
- I re-registered but I still can’t log in: If you create 2 registrations with the same username or the same password, neither will work, as the database gets confused. Email support@sharmada.org to have us delete one.
This registration system is modeled from the Apple ID concept. We have implemented 1-click purchasing throughout… and your security is your Pin #. If you lose it, we cannot recover it for you, so keep it safe.

Live Streaming:
Live Events may be viewed online from a computer, tablet or smartphone. After logging in to your account, click the Live Events tab and register for the event (see steps above).
Some viewers have reported difficulty hearing events. Please know that we stream at the maximum volume possible without producing distortion. You may benefit from using headphones for an optimal audio experience.
Viewers have also reported connection issues in which their picture is choppy or freezes. Since we view and listen to the event online just as you would do at home, we are immediately aware of any technical issues that arise. If it is a system-wide issue with our equipment or internet connection, we adjust accordingly and alert all participants. When your video is disrupted, it often helps to close all other programs requiring bandwidth, close your browser and reconnect.
We are happy to assist when difficulties arise. Private message the organizer with any issues. We will reply as quickly as possible while addressing the needs of all viewers and attending to the live event.
